Our approach is to work in conjunction with you in promoting Charity Wills through your mailings and promotions to your database of supporters.

Working with us costs you nothing other than time and effort in marketing Charity Wills to your database of supporters but you can choose to be a promoted charity only and not work with us in promoting Charity Wills. This approach will ultimately lead to us charging you a monthly fee but to allow us to get to know each other through working together we offer a 3 month free trial option.

Our campaign has three elements:

  1. Why it is important to make a Will
    • today nearly everyone has assets to leave
    • if there is no will the intestacy rules apply
    • without a will no charity can benefit - but the tax man will
    • gifts to charity are exempt from IHT, a key point for large estates
  2. When it is important to make a Will
    • Marriage or divorce
    • The birth or adoption of a child
    • The purchase of a property or major asset
    • The death of a mother father or spouse
    • On the receipt of an inheritance
    • A change in financial or personal circumstances
  3. Why it is important to leave a legacy and what that legacy can provide
    • Generic and charity specific messages to be developed with the charity's legacy team

LEGACY PROMOTION SHOULD BE SEEN AS A LONG TERM STRATEGY.

CREATING AND MAINTAINING AWARENESS SHOULD BE A COST EFFECTIVE AND CONTINUING PROCESS.
