Our system is secure and allows legacy officers to post information about their charity which will be accessible by Solicitors and individuals making Wills. When using our WillWizardTM the questionnaire process proactively markets legacy giving to the testator without any element of undue influence or obligation. Our research has told us that the number of legacies will increase by taking a less passive approach to the question and encouraging testators to think seriously about legacies at the actual point of writing the Will. You chose what you want to say about your charity and how you wish to promote it, but our experience tells us that generally testators are looking to find out how the money will be used, can they be remembered in some tangible/physical way and what percentage of a legacy is swallowed up in administration and costs.

Free Registration allows your charity to be promoted specifically - which is more focused than being part of a generic campaign. Registration will also enable us to send you statistical "pledge" information including the number of wills written containing a legacy to your charity together with the date of birth of the testator (where the testator has agreed to this). We can then use this information to create a two way exchange of ideas for further marketing initiatives.
